Please find below the most frequently asked questions about electronic invoices and the platform on which these invoices are available.
ALDInvoice
When a new electronic invoice becomes available, you receive an e-mail. By clicking the link in the e-mail, you can display your invoice in PDF format on a webpage.

An opt-in is an express agreement between you and ALD Automotive indicating that you are willing to receive electronic invoices instead of paper invoices. Paper invoices will therefore no longer be sent.

If the link does not work, please copy the link and paste it into your internet browser. If the e-mail is older than 18 months, the link will no longer work.

1) For reasons of confidentiality and security, if an e-mail is older than 18 months, the link in the message will no longer work.
2) Please check whether you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If not, you can download Acrobat Reader free of charge on:

The first electronic invoice you see immediately after you have accepted electronic invoicing is a copy of the invoice. The legal invoice will have been sent on paper. All subsequent electronic invoices you receive via e-mail will no longer bear the word ‘duplicate’.

ALDInvoice platform
The ALDInvoice platform is a portal accessible via internet. Using a secure login you can access all your invoices. When a new electronic invoice becomes available, a new line will automatically appear in the ALDInvoice platform. By clicking the PDF image in the right column, you can see your invoice. The invoice data and fiscal data are also available as a csv file.

Your userID is your customer number. You can find your customer number on your invoice and in the subject line of the e-mail message.

If you cannot immediately find your customer number, you can ask for it to be sent by e-mail. Click on the link ‘UserID forgotten’ and enter your e-mail address.

You can choose your password yourself. Your password must contain at least 8 characters with at least 1 digit, 1 capital letter and 1 small letter. You have 5 attempts to enter the correct password, afterwards you will be locked for 30 minutes. If you have forgotten your password, click on the link ' Password forgotten'.

If you do not have a password or if you have forgotten it, click on the link ‘I am a new user’ and enter your customer number (userID). An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address linked to the customer number. If you do not receive the e-mail within an hour, please get in touch with your contact person at ALD Automotive.

You chose your password the first time you used the ALDInvoice platform. If you have forgotten your password, click on the link ‘Password forgotten’ and then enter your userID. An e-mail will be sent so that you can choose your password.

You can consult your electronic invoices on the ALDInvoice platform for 18 months. Invoices dating back more than 18 months are deleted.
