Invoices Online

How does Invoices Online work?

Upon availability of a new electronic invoice, a new line will automatically appear in the Invoices Online portal.
By clicking the PDF icon, a new window will open and you can see your invoice. It is then up to you to save or print it.
Depending on what you agreed with MSC Belgium N.V., you may also receive an email with a direct link to the invoice.

Is Invoices Online free of charge?

Yes, as an end-user the use of the Invoices Online portal is free of charge.

What is my username?

Your username is your MSC Belgium N.V. customer number. You can find your customer number on every invoice.

How can I recover my username?

If you cannot immediately find your customer number, you can request your customer number to be sent to you by email. Click the link 'Lost MSC Belgium Customer Number' and enter your email address.

How do I set my password?

You choose your password yourself.
When you first enter the Invoices Online portal, click the link ‘I am a new user’. Enter your MSC Belgium customer number as your username. You will then be able to choose a personal password, containing at least 6 characters.

How can I recover my password?

You have chosen your password the first time you used Invoices Online. If you forgot your password, click the link ‘I forgot my password’. Next enter your username. An email will be sent to choose your password.

How can I change my password?

Once logged on into the Invoices Online portal, click the link 'Settings' at the top right. Here you can change your password and optionally provide a friendly name for your account.

How can I change my email address?

The Settings button in the top right corner allows you to change your email address. However, this is only valid in case you loose your CustomerID or password. Changing this email address will NOT affect the email address that MSC Belgium will use to send portal notifications. If you want to receive these notifications on a different address, please contact MSC Belgium by email (BE213-BXANR e-invoice).

For how long can I consult my documents in Invoices Online?

You can consult your electronic documents during 18 months in Invoices Online. Documents older than 18 months are deleted.

How do I change the number of documents displayed on screen?

Use the drop down menu in the lower right corner to select the number of documents displayed per screen.
Please be aware that if you select a page size larger than 15, due to a temporary problem, you will not be able to download multiple documents in one PDF or ZIP file.

How do I download multiple documents in one step?

You can select multiple individual documents by clicking the check box in front of the document row. Or use the check box in the header row to select all visible documents.
The, at the bottom of the screen:
- click the PDF icon to obtain a single PDF with all the selected documents concatenated.
- click the leftmost ZIP icon to obtain a ZIP file containing the individual PDF's for all selected documents.
- click the rightmost ZIP icon to obtain a ZIP file containing the individual XML files for all selected documents.

What are UBL XML invoices?

Alongside the familiar PDF format, we also provide the invoice data in UBL 2.0 XML format.
You can use this file to speed up processing of the invoice in your accounting and/or ERP-systems
