UPmail
Upon availability of a new electronic invoice, you receive an e-mail. After clicking the link in the e-mail your invoice is displayed in PDF format on a webpage.
UpAn opt-in is an explicit agreement to receive electronic invoices instead of paper invoices.
UpIf the link does not work, please copy and paste the link in your internet browser. If the e-mail is older than 18 months, the link does not work anymore.
UpPlease check if you have acrobat reader installed on your computer. If not, you can download acrobat reader free of charge on:

Up (only applicable in case of opt-in management by UP) The first electronic you see immediately after you accepted electronic invoicing is a copy of the invoice. The legal invoice was still send on paper. All new electronic invoices you receive via e-mail will not contain the copy layer anymore.
UpTo change your e-mail address, please send an e-mail to einvoice@sender.be
UpPlease contact [supplier] on einvoice@supplier.com if you want to receive electronic invoices via UPmail.
UpIf you do not agree with the content of your invoice (like the amount or the address) please contact [supplier] on einvoice@supplier.com.
UPpresentment
Upon availability of a new electronic invoice, a new line will automatically appear in the UPpresentment portal. By clicking the PDF image, you can see your invoice. You also receive an e-mail with a direct link to the invoice.
UpYes, as an end-user the use of the UPpresentment portal is free of charge.
UpYour username is your customer number, with all numbers and letters subsequent without space in between (e.g. if your customer number is ABC-123, your username is ABC123). You can find your customer number typically on your invoice.
UpIf you cannot immediately find your customer number, you can request to send your customer number by e-mail. Click the link ‘forgot username’ and enter your e-mail address.
UpYou can choose your password yourself.
UpTo choose your password, click the link ‘I am a new user’. Enter your customer number as your username. An e-mail will be sent to choose your password.
UpYou have chosen your password the first time you used UPpresentment. If you forgot your password, click the link ‘I forgot my password’. Next enter your username. An e-mail will be sent to choose your password.
UpYou can consult your electronic documents during 18 months in UPpresentment. Documents older than 18 months are deleted.
