An opt-in is an explicit agreement to receive electronic pay slips instead of paper pay slips.

G4S does not send the payslips with an email. Instead you can consult them at the Presentment Portal.

If you do not agree with the content of your pay slip (like the amount or the address) please contact G4S on my.g4s.helpdesk@be.g4s.com.
Upon availability of a new electronic pay slip, a new line will automatically appear in the UPpresentment portal. By clicking the PDF image, you can see your pay slip. You also receive an e-mail with a direct link to the pay slip.

Yes, as an end-user the use of the UPpresentment portal is free of charge.

Your username is your national register number, with all numbers subsequent without space in between (e.g. if your national register number is 88.04.04-453.656, your username is 880404453656). You can find your national register number typically on your pay slip.

If you cannot immediately find your national register number, you can request to send your national register number by e-mail. Click the link ‘forgot username’ and enter your e-mail address.

You can choose your password yourself.

To choose your password, click the link ‘I am a new user’. Enter your national register number as your username. An e-mail will be sent to choose your password.

You have chosen your password the first time you used UPpresentment. If you forgot your password, click the link ‘I forgot my password’. Next enter your username. An e-mail will be sent to choose your password.

You can consult your electronic documents during 18 months in UPpresentment. Documents older than 18 months are not accessible anymore.
